Creating an account & signing in

You can sign up for Reimbursable in under 30 seconds — no credit card required for the free plan.


Sign up


Go to the sign-in page and choose one of two methods:


  • Continue with Google — fastest, no password to manage. We only request your name and email.
  • Email + password — enter your email, choose a password, and confirm.


Either method creates a free account immediately. You'll land on the Dashboard.


Sign in


Returning users tap the same options. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google. If you signed up with an email and password, use those.


Switching login methods


We tie your account to one email address. If you signed up with email/password and want to use Google sign-in later (or vice versa), just sign in with the new method using the same email address — we'll match it to your existing account.


Trouble signing in?


A few things to check:


  • Did you confirm your email? When you sign up with email + password, we send a confirmation email. Check your inbox and spam folder.
  • Right email address? Account lookup is exact-match — you@gmail.com and you+hsa@gmail.com are different accounts to us.
  • Forgot your password? Reach out to support and we'll help you recover access.


Privacy & security


We use Supabase for authentication, which is a widely-used managed auth service. Your password is hashed (we never see it) and your session is stored in a secure cookie on your device. You can sign out from the account menu in the top right at any time.
